BMA HOUSE

ROYAL LANCASTER HOTEL
The Royal Lancaster London is renowned as one of Europe’s leading venues, boasting some of the city’s largest event spaces. Their most popular event space, the Westbourne Suite is an impressive space with exceptional service and facilities. The space can accommodate up to 1200 people and is a technically advanced venue which is particularly suited to events involving elaborate presentations. Their Smart Studio in partnership with 4Wall is able to make it a reality. Featuring a 20sqm Extended Reality (XR) stage with LED backdrop and floor, audio, broadcast cameras and TV-ready lighting this venue is perfect for bringing your corporate event to life.
SCIENCE MUSUEM
The world famous Science Museum is the perfect backdrop for your event, day or night. The large and diverse range of available spaces can accommodate from 10 to 1500 guests. One of the amazing spaces available for hire is Illuminate, which is located on level 4 and 5 of the Science Museum and is the perfect space for virtual and hybrid events. As the space is so versatile, event hosts, presenters and live audiences can either attend via link or safely attend in person, whilst observing social distancing guidelines. Their technical partner White Light, has been at the forefront of digital events for a number of years and has delivered hundreds of live-streamed events. 116 PALL MALL
An iconic landmark of Georgian London’s heritage, the Grade I listed 116 Pall Mall is an exceptional venue, sure to impress guests with its’ period features and extravagant décor. Working alongside with their expert AV partners at Oxygen Events, 116 Pall Mall have launched a brand new virtual studio located in their Trafalgar Room. The studio will be a permanent fixture and will allow you to deliver high-quality experiences and effortlessly engage your guests from inside the room. Equipped with the latest technology and safety measures, the team will ensure you have the best virtual or hybrid experience whilst complying with government safety regulations at all times.
THE BREWERY
The Brewery is a historic Grade II listed venue located in the heart of the City of London and has been considered one of London’s leading venues. As one of the capital’s most popular event venues, The Brewery has hosted events ranging from government conferences, corporate product launches, star-studded charity events and prestigious award ceremonies.
