CHAMPIONING OUR OWN – SEARCYS

Shouting about our amazing venue partners is what we like to do best and we are so incredibly pleased that we now have the go ahead for events to take place from 1st October.

In this week’s #LOVEBITE we feature our very own Searcys. With residency at 13 iconic venues across London alone including The Gherkin and St Pancras International we are very pleased to be welcoming the brand back to some normality with restaurant and bar openings in the coming weeks and event catering and delivery from October.

THE LAST FEW MONTHS

Before we talk about the future work of Searcys we wanted to share what they have been up to over the last few months. Not only were they keen to get their venues open for business but we loved that they were also championing their suppliers and supporting them as much as possible throughout the never-ending journey we were all on. We wouldn’t have fabulous venues that create amazing experiences and events if it wasn’t for all the wonderful suppliers.

When attending events, the first thing we remember and take away from the experience is the food and drinks service and the product received. If you have ever been to a Searcys venue in your personal time or held an event with them, you will agree the ingredients delivered are of a very high standard. From Greyfriars Winery and Freedom Brewery providing alcohol to First Choice Produce and Fish for Kings providing top quality ingredients plus many more we LOVE that Searcy’s have been selfless in such an unprecedented time by recognising and shouting about what is important to them and the overall functionality of the venues moving forward.

THE FUTURE

We have now experienced a few weeks of restaurants and bars being reopened and welcoming guests through the doors but what this will look like from October with event venues opening we don’t know. With the government guidelines in place we wanted to share the work that Searcys have been doing behind the scenes to make sure they comply with the guidelines and start to make those memorable moments for their guests again.

With a new 5 point plan framework Searcys have everything in place ready to welcome their guests back. Continuing to adapt and monitor based on advice from the UK Government and Public Health England we wanted to show you the level of commitment by venues and provide event bookers with the reassurance of safe events moving forward.

The below points outline the current framework set in place at all Searcy’s Venues and can also be reviewed in more detail here

NOW LET’S END WITH SOME EXCITING NEWS!

With event venues being closed for nearly 4 months now and although we are all welcoming the news of a return in October there is still a question mark over catering offerings and how these will be delivered in venues. We were incredibly delighted to hear the HAC held their first event in the form of a graduation ceremony in the gardens for 200 guests a couple of weeks ago. Partnering with Searcys who provided picnic baskets for guests the event was very successful and proves with a huge team effort on all parts that events can be delivered in a safe environment. Big shout out to Searcys and The HAC team for this fabulous project. We are very excited and looking forward to working with you on future projects!

If you would like to find out more about Searcy’s venues and their offerings get in touch now – we would love to hear from you!
