At The Collection Events we love everything Christmas, so why not get in the spirit for this year AND next year as all the spaces are transformed into a Christmas wonderland!
We want to share the Christmas spirit with our wonderful clients to enable them to get ahead of the game for December 2020. If you are in charge of organising your company’s Christmas party you may know that to secure the best date you have to be ahead of the game by booking in advance.
It’s hard to imagine how a venue will look for Christmas when all the festive decor is missing during your visit on a cold January day. The venues we work with put a lot of time and effort into transforming their event spaces during the festive period and therefore this is a great opportunity to see the quality and standard of the Christmas install at the venues.
This is why The Collection team are offering our clients the unique opportunity to see the venues all dressed up in their Christmas glory.
How does the venue Safari work?
On selected dates for November and December we will be hosting A Christmas Safari, a tour of the best venues in London for Christmas 2020. Christmas Safaris are perfect for companies that are looking to secure venues for larger numbers as these need to be booked further in advance to secure the key dates.
The venue safaris consist of seeing 3 to 4 venues which will be handpicked by our venue finding team based on your bespoke requirements for your Christmas party event brief for 2020. We advise you allow 2 to 3 hours for a tour, we normally begin the safaris in the afternoon from 2pm.
All you need to do is tell us the date that you’re available and give us an idea of numbers, location and style of event, we will do the rest.
We can arrange all transport in between venues if necessary and then finish with a nice glass of cold Prosecco.
