Quirky Summer Venues
With summer officially around the corner, we’re so excited to be able to enjoy it this year with our colleagues friends and family! There are so many great venues out there ready to host your summer event, from rooftop bars, galleries to garden spaces. We want to share with you some of our favourite trendiest venues with a lot of character! Why not try something different to get you in the party mood this year.
Cahoots
Located in the heart of Soho in London, Cahoots is a hip, cool, 1940s-themed bar. The amazing décor captures your eye as soon as you enter the venue. Set inside an abandoned train station, Cahoots offer spiffing cocktails, tasty food and swinging music. For those of you after a right raucous knees-up, the station’s old announcement megaphones now boom out electro-swing! The venue is split across two floors, with three separate spaces available to hire: The Underground, Ticket Hall & Control Room. Installed with comfy chairs and ornate lamp shades, Cahoots is perfect for seated or standing receptions in a vintage atmosphere.
Mr Fogg’s House of Botanicals
Part of the fabulous Inception Group who are also the geniuses behind Cahoots, Mr Fogg’s House of Botanicals is a beautiful floral haven in the West-End and is certain to satisfy those with an adventurous palate. This stunning 2 floor venue features giant windows and exotic, stunning floral masterpieces. It’s the perfect backdrop for both seated dinners and standing drinks receptions. It truly is a cocktail bar for the adventurous!
Tonight Josephine
With two amazing Tonight Josephine’s to choose from, you really are spoilt for choice. Located in Waterloo or Shoreditch, you have the choice of choosing between two (or both!) of the hottest spots in town. Both venues scream “barbies dream house” and feature neon lights & glitter walls. Between the pink walls, mirror ceilings, and the red roses adorning Tonight Josephine’s ‘Lady Garden’, the venue is an Instagrammer’s paradise. Perfect for private hire to host networking events or a well deserved ladies night (although men are also very welcome) – the venue can even help to arrange additional extras such as a photobooth and candy cart for that extra wow factor!
Swingers
A fun – tastic venue with a difference, Swingers is an indoor crazy golf club offering fun, food and competition all under one roof! It’s a perfect venue choice for those looking for something less formal and a bit quirky to get your competitive side out and have some great fun! Choose between their main 9-hole venue in the heart of the West End or their slightly smaller one in The City of London. Enjoy their selection of delicious street food vendors, refreshing drinks from the bar, and nightly DJs.
Tobacco Dock
Prepare yourself to be blown away by this venue! Immersed in history and high-quality tech and audio-visual services, Tobacco Dock is impressive by any measure. This Grade 1 listed venue is an architectural masterpiece and has sealed its reputation as one of the coolest events spaces in the capital. The venue has loads of cool, unique spaces available to hire. Each space can be used individually or in combination to create truly bespoke events. With an amazing rooftop bar, Skylight located in what was an old carpark definitely has the fun, summer vibes that everyone needs this year. With street food stalls and amazing cocktails alongside fun activities such as croquet and petanque this is sure to get everyone in the Summer mood!
