With all restrictions currently dropped, we’re so excited to finally be able to make the most out of the Summer! With Summer holiday’s also now in place, now is the time to explore the city and make the most out of it. There are so many fun and exciting things to do in London. Whether you’re looking for a rooftop bar to enjoy summer cocktails, a museum to tap into the great history of the world, or just a cool quirky place to enjoy with friends, London really has it all. We’ve squeezed together 5 of our favourite things to do in London, although the list is probably endless!

BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH

The two words to melt anyone heart… bottomless brunch! Who doesn’t love a good atmospheric bottomless brunch? Whether you’re looking for a couple of hours with free – flowing prosecco, classic cocktails in the sun or brunch with a party vibe, there are definitely loads of options out there to choose from. For a great rooftop brunch, we recommend Bar Elba – they have bucket-loads of glitter, endless summer vibes and the biggest, juiciest burgers in town! For a themed brunch, we can’t wait to check out Tonight Josephine’s “It’s Britney Brunch” event. The title speaks for itself! With 2 hours of bottomless bubbles, delicious burgers to choose from, bingo and live performances from Britney Queens, it’s the perfect brunch for you and your friends. For more of a sophisticated vibe with great food, Quaglino’s is a definite hit. Held every Saturday from 11.30am to 2.30pm, two- or three-course options include brunch classics, such as Eggs Florentine, alongside substantial dishes including white asparagus risotto, Quaglino’s brunch burger and an enticing dessert list.

DINE WITH A VIEW

Restaurants are now fully back in business for indoor and outdoor dining, and we are absolutely loving it! Why not make the most out of it and discover some of the popular restaurants across London with amazing views? Aqua Shard serves contemporary British cuisine and innovative cocktails with a stylish cosmopolitan interior. This beautiful sleek venue is sure to add thrills to your trip and is definitely one to visit. Located by Tower Bridge, Vicinity is a gorgeous restaurant that offers one of the best views in London. Overlooking the river, it’s a perfect spot for a lazy weekend lunch or atmospheric dinner. Combining and experience with a “restaurant”, London in The Sky is an incredible way to dine with a view. Hanging over the O2 you’ll get unparalleled views of the city, and the amazing chefs are there whipping up the delicious food right before your eyes.

STROLL THROUGH THE MARKET

London markets are truly one of a kind. They’re the ideal shopping destinations for everything from food to flowers, modern art to antiques and clothes to jewellery. If you’re like us and food is constantly on your mind, head down to Seven Dials Market. It’s an old warehouse turned glass-roofed chillout spot full of delicious food on every corner, head downstairs if you’re in need of a bite of street food, or upstairs for elegant terrazzo countertop cafes. A well-known market to London, and worldwide – Camden Market has over 100 shops and stalls near the canals at Camden Lock. You’ll be able to find loads of great pieces from Camden’s punk scene, designer clothes and one-off artworks, alongside workshops, cafes, restaurants, and bars. Another great market is Covent Garden Market. Located in the iconic Market Building, this central London shopping market is an architectural masterpiece. They have specialty shops such as perfume boutiques, homeware stores, restaurants, and cafes, and you’ll also find stunning crafts, antiques and jewellery.

GAME ON

Let’s face it, we all love to meet up with our friends and colleagues and have great fun. But why not get your competitive side out this summer by checking out some of London’s top interactive venues. Get your game face on and put your best foot (or hand) forward! There are so many options out there to choose from. If Crazy Golf is your sport of choice, check out the likes of Puttshack who have multiple venues across London. With interactive leader boards and a digital prize wheel, everything is tech infused which means there’s no room for cheating! Fancy a game of Darts? Flight Club is the venue to check out, they have great food and cocktails too! For a good, competitive game of Ping Pong, Bounce is the place to be. They have a ton of tables, cocktails and bar food, and some tables are also equipped with amazing projection-mapping tech that takes the game to a whole new level.

KICK BACK AND RELAX

Now that all restrictions have been dropped, we can feel a lot more comfortable catching up on all the latest films that have been released properly. There’s nothing better than watching your favourite movie on the big screen. A London favourite cinema of all time, without a doubt has to be Odeon – Leicester Square. Having recently undergone a multi-million-pound refurb, this Art Deco cinema now has deluxe recliner seats and the option to upgrade to the Royal Box. If you really want to kick back and relax in style and comfort, check out one of Everyman Cinema’s venues. With velvet sofas and food and drinks delivered straight to your seat, it’s the perfect “lazy boy” vibe. Make the most out of the summer weather by checking out Rooftop Film Club. With a large screen and outdoor views, it’s a lovely summer vibe to add to your list. Be sure to move fast, as they are only open until September.
