Cutty Sark

Perched on the bank of the Thames in Greenwich and with sweeping views across Canary Wharf and the City, this Victorian-era ship is a monument to the glory days of sail. Built-in 1869 to transport tea back from China, it survived the high seas and is now a one-of-a-kind venue boasting four exclusive event spaces.

Room Layouts & Capacities

Cutty Sark is one of the worlds most iconic and well-known sailing ships, being the fastest and greatest of her time. Built in 1869 this extraordinary boat has now been transformed into a glorious events space. Cutty Sarks beautiful copper-clad hull is suspended above an astonishing event space – the only place in the world where you can dine beneath a ship; it’s also licensed for wedding ceremonies. The ship is only a short walk from Greenwich Pier so why not arrive by boat for a truly nautical event.

We partner with Clerkenwell Green – a bespoke events catering team based out of Hoxton, East London. Working across some of the country’s finest venues, including Cutty Sark, they deliver beautifully cool extraordinary events. Their creative team thrive on helping you bring your ideas and vision to life – however unusual or out of the ordinary they might seem.

We absolutely love this quirky venue, enabling you to get away from the ‘norm’ and try out something different for your next event. Let it be you Christmas or summer party, this venue is perfect!
