Whether a client’s looking for a grand event in one of our ballrooms, an intimate meeting or a trendy social event, we have a room and set up for all occasions. We stand out with versatile event setups, including Theatre, Cabaret, U-shape, Empty Foyer, Classroom, Banquet, Buffet, Reception, and Boardroom. Totalling 5,357 square meters of event space, our Richmond Suite and Kensington Suite are 1,117 square meters each! Located in our West Wing, clients can get exclusive use of this space in a self-contained area. Not to mention our grand private entrance and show-stopping spiral staircase that’ll have our clients feeling like a VIP.
You must have heard about our transformational refurbishment, which was finished in 2022, and how it has played such a large part in who we are today. This makeover strategically allowed us to tell our story, as guests are taken on a journey from East to West London.
Our venue layout with East and West wing conference space means we can host two large conferences simultaneously, and our ballrooms can be split into six or eight using partition walls, which are strategically located for seamless events. Furthermore, our banqueting facilities can accommodate up to 2000 covers, and we have 16 private dining rooms for our event spaces.
