Hush

For 24 years, Hush in Mayfair was a darling of the food scene, voted Tatler Magazine’s Test of Time ‘Best Restaurant’ and delighting regulars who celebrated birthdays, engagements and weddings and more within the townhouse’s walls.

After a star-studded launch featuring Victoria Beckham shaking cocktails behind the bar, Hush become a favoured haunt for those in the know. But despite the glitz and glamour, Hush has always remained true to founder Jamie Barber’s core vision: to create a ‘private member’s club without the member’s fee;’ where guests still felt ‘a little bit special, without pretension.

Now, Hush is fleeing the Mayfair nest and is popping up in our sister restaurant, Haché in Holborn, bringing the same attention to detail, wonderful service and ‘brasserie chic’ dishes to a new location.
