Our spaces are designed for those with an eye for quality and style, balancing timeless architectural features with gorgeous modern interiors that create an atmosphere both impressive and welcoming.

Versatile Spaces Across Three Floors – Kindred provides a range of distinctive rooms to suit every occasion. The Hall, our largest space on the first floor, is flooded with natural light from high arched windows and features an open fireplace, communal tables, and lounge areas. With capacity for 120 seated or 150 standing, it’s perfect for conferences, wedding receptions, or celebrations. The room includes a fully stocked bar, stage, projector, and state-of-the-art AV system.

The Library offers a more intimate setting, with an entire wall of books, green-painted walls, and a 40-seat communal table ideal for board meetings or private dinners. Pair it with our elegant Salon Bar for sophisticated parties with a dedicated cocktail space. For smaller gatherings, the Butterwick Room seats 16 around an oval table beneath soaring high ceilings and rich blue walls, creating an impressive atmosphere for executive meetings or private dining. Our ground floor Cellar at Kindred provides a casual, modern feel with an open kitchen, courtyard
access, and capacity for relaxed gatherings. For the ultimate event, take over all three floors for up to 300 guests.
