The Pacific Ballroom presents an impressive space for exclusive events, weddings, product launches and conferences. Accommodating up to 400 guests, with a private entrance leading directly from the Plaza through the Pavilion, this is London’s first SMART Ballroom, featuring state-of-the-art audio, visual and lighting technology to enhance all events. The venue can also be split into two separate soundproofed rooms, perfect for a conference needing a large breakout or exhibition space.
Meeting Place on the fifth floor consists of five adaptable meeting rooms, named after coaching inns that once graced Bishopsgate in the mid-1400s. All rooms are flooded with natural daylight through floor to ceiling windows and are equipped with LED screens, video and audio conferencing, black out facilities and access to the floor’s multi-functional breakout area called the Punchbowl. Guests who book Meeting Place can also enjoy access to our Meeting Concierge, who are here to assist with all your needs on the day of your event, from business centre needs, room temperature comfort, AV connectivity or simply a smiling face with a welcoming cup of coffee! Meeting Place rooms can be booked individually or the floor can be hired exclusively.
Market Square is a relaxed creative meeting space on level three, consisting of four meeting rooms named after local London markets within the Market Mile. The central breakout space, known as Market Kitchen, is well-stocked with snacks and drinks – giving you flexibility and choice to help yourself throughout the day. Glass walls and doors divide the spaces which are flooded with natural daylight through floor-to-ceiling windows, and are equipped with 4K LED screens, video and audio conferencing, and black out facilities. The floor is perfectly designed to be booked exclusively, benefitting events that need privacy away from other meetings and guests.
