The Great Room is the largest events space and can accommodate 140 for a conference. This space has been host to a range of impressive events in it’s time, one of the most notable being the first practical demonstration of the telephone by Alexander Bell in 1877. The room itself is awe inspiring with painted walls and a stunning glass domed ceiling provides plenty of natural light. The Great Room is also equipped with state of the art AV and lighting.
The Benjamin Franklin Room is a spacious and elegant ground floor room that can seat 100 delegates Theatre style. The room has large windows and a large elegant chandelier. To ensure a professional conferences the room is equipped with the latest AV including a sound system, lectern with wired microphone and Wi-Fi. You will also have the assistance of the venue’s inhouse technician.
The Vaults at the RSA House were originally river-front warehouses. Their exposed brickwork are a contrast to the room above, but provide a unique backdrop to your event. There are four vaults in total, and they can be used for conferences of up to 80 guests.
The Durham Street Auditorium is a purpose built theatre ideal for conferences and screenings. The Auditorium offers a high specification of AV with a 3 metre screen and a PA system. The stage is a permanent fixture and makes video recording and conferencing an option. The DSA can accommodate up to 60 guests.
