Room Layouts & Capacities

Home to several event spaces the ICA is a historic and iconic venue to hold your next event at.

The Nash and Brandon Rooms maintain their original plasterwork boasting floor to ceiling windows which open out onto balconies overlooking St James’s Park. These spaces are very flexible and are perfect for an array of events such as parties, seasonal events, conferences and product launches. Accommodating up to 150 guests standing or 90 for a dinner these Grade I listed rooms have their own private entrance making this an even more exclusive space to hold your events.
Throughout the year there are days where you can hire the Cinema’s depending on the day of the week and the time of the day. Cinemas 1 and 2 are primarily used for film premieres, press views and private screening. Both have state of the art equipment and can be hired on their own or as part of a larger event where you use the Nash and Brandon Rooms. Cinema 1 can accommodate up to 185 guests and Cinema 45.
Catering is organised by inhouse world-renown caterers Arnold & Henderson. They work closely with the ICA event’s team to create bespoke menus and ideas for every client. They believe no enquiry is too big or too small and are professionals in putting together the best events for your guests including all menus, drinks, staffing, lighting, music and entertainment.
We love this venue due to it’s iconic location and beautiful Nash and Brandon Rooms in particular. The balconies are a great feature allowing guests to look out over The Mall during the warmer months.
