The Museum of London Docklands is the perfect venue for your next event. It offers a number of flexible spaces and can cater for meetings, conference, team away days and presentations.

Room Layouts & Capacities

The Sugar Store is a dedicated event space on the first floor, and is an ideal choice for exhibitions and conferences. With striking pitch pine columns and original shuttered windows it provides a fantastic backdrop to your event. The space can be branded and can accommodate up to 100 guests.

The Quayside room is situated on the third floor, offering your guests stunning views of West India Quay. The room is flooded with natural daylight thanks to its large windows and it bare brick walls echo it’s historica heritage. This is a very flexible space that can cater for a variety of setups and event types. At 132m² the Quayside room can accommodate up to 70 seated guests for a conference.

The newly-refurbished flexible Wilberforce Room has the capacity for up to 273 guests. With state of the art AV facilities and a blackout option it is perfect for conferences and presentations. You also have the option to hire the Quayside Rooms, giving you  exclusive access to a single floor of the building.

The Rum Store’s pitch pine columns and direct views of West India Quay imbue the space with a distinct character and atmosphere. Located on the ground floor it has a private entrance and direct access to a terrace perfect for coffee breaks, lunch and post event drinks. This dedicated event space can seat up to 80 guests.

For meetings the Boardroom on the first floor is the ideal choice. This quite and peaceful room has an abundance of natural daylight and offers views out onto the Canary Wharf skyline. The room has the capacity of 16.

The venue also offers award-winning catering. They pride themselves on menus created from carefully sourced seasonal British ingredients, focusing on sustainability, traceability and caring for the environment.
