The Commonwealth Suite is a beautifully designed space for up to 700 guests or delegates. Opening on to the glorious hotel Atrium, the Commonwealth Suite is an ideal setting for exhibitions, conferences, parties and weddings.
The County Suite, with its mahogany panelling and striking crystal chandeliers, is an ideal location for a statement-making event for up to 500 guests. As an extra advantage, it has its own private foyer and easily converts into four individual syndicate rooms.
An exclusive area catering for up to 500 guests, The Newbury Suite is an impressive atrium, with its own water features and high glass ceilings that keep the whole space bathed in natural light. You have the option to combine the Newbury with the County Suite, to give your guests a calming retreat during breaks, lunch and pre-dinner drinks.
An alternative to our larger Commonwealth Suite, the stylish and distinctive Royal Suite is the ideal space for a medium sized conference or a glamorous dinner. Situated at the head of the venues magnificent, grand marble staircase and with space for up to 300 people theatre style or 250 for dinner, the suite opens out towards the Atrium for pre- and post-event receptions.
At the heart of the hotel’s conference “hub”, the elegant Connaught suite can host up to 150 guests for a theatre-style conference, or 120 for dinner. If natural daylight is a “must” for your event, this room is perfect during the day; in the evening, stunning chandeliers create an atmosphere that is both warm and sophisticated. The central partition provides extra versatility, as the space can be easily divided for breakout sessions, lunches or pre-drinks.
Private Room 38 is a light, airy room, situated well away from the bustle of the rest of the hotel. It is an intimate space that is perfect for medium-sized events like a private meeting or a dinner dance. Accommodating up to 100 guests for a theatre-style conference or 100 for dinner, it also has its own private foyer area, ideal for both refreshments and registration/drinks receptions.
As well as these spectacular event spaces, there are also a range of smaller rooms for more intimate meetings (or breakouts from your main event). Ideal for 10 to 15 people, all of the meeting spaces have complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and intelligent AV. Each meetings package also has the following features:
