The Hilton London Bankside offers state-of-the-art event space, with 11 flexible meeting rooms. From a 12 person boardroom meeting to a 200 person presentation or training day, The Bankside’s flexibility and central London location make it a very popular meeting venue.

The meeting rooms at the Bankside are located on the London Floor. There are eight flexible meetings rooms in total on this floor which makes it the ideal venue for meetings, training days, presentations and board meetings for up to 200 guests. All meeting rooms boast a modern look and feel.

The Globe Suite is the largest meeting room and can accommodate up to 200 delegates in a range of room layouts. The space can also be split into four smaller sections, allowing it to cater as a larger breakout space or smaller meetings. The room comes equipped with modern facilities, including air conditioning, flexible lighting and state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment.

The Borough Suite is the second largest meeting room on the London Floor, and can accommodate up to 53 delegates. It is ideally suited for boardroom meetings and theatre style presentations. The space is equipped with air conditioning, versatile lighting and can also be divided into two smaller rooms with soundproof partition walls.

The Thames room and the The Blackfriars Boardroom are the two smallest meeting spaces and can accommodate 20 and 12 executives respectively around a boardroom table.

The AGORA is a brand new meeting room in which every single aspect of the room has been chosen to create the perfect innovative work environment. The walls are made from natural materials and house a 75 inch interactive screen. The room is also packed with multi-sensory features, chosen based on the science and psychology of boosting human productivity and creativity. Mood-improving lighting installations, hypnotic video art, stimulating bursts of aromatic air and brain power-boosting refreshments are just some of the details you will experience.
