Meeting Rooms

The Brewery has a number of exciting meeting rooms and spaces that combine modern design and equipment with the open brick historic charm of the venue itself.

Room Layouts & Capacities

The James Watt Room is one of the venue’s largest meeting rooms with the capacity for 30 in a boardroom layout or 54 classroom. It is a self contained space, so perfect for important meetings, and comes with all of the modern features you would expect, including high speed Wifi, an integrated PA system, and customisable signage.

The Sugar Rooms are two distinctive, bright rooms connected by their own private staircase. Historically there were where the sugar was stored for brewing. Now a modern event space, their elegant Georgian windows flood the space with natural daylight and overlook the courtyard. The smaller Lower Sugar Room is often used as a reception area, while the upper is perfect as a meeting room. You will have access to the built in DB audio pa system, LED lighting, screen and projector. There is room for up to 75 in a classroom layout.

Another fully contained space, and the largest space used for meetings, The Queen Charlotte has a barrel vaulted ceiling and exposed brickwork and capacity for up to 120 classroom. Perfect for a team training workshop or large annual meeting, it is a highly versatile space.
