This enables the attendee to see where the event is being hosted, where the closest travel links are and report any special requests, such as dietary or disabled access or accommodation requirements. You as the organiser will have real time access to all guests requirements will from who will be attending to who requires a hotel room to be booked on their behalf. A structured delegate registration process lets you send news and updates to attending delegates before and up to the minute ensuring everyone has all up to the date info. All online registration programmes can be branded with your company logo and specific questions that relate to your event can be added.
Welcome Hosts
We make hosting your event easy. Being part of a large organisation we have access to some of the best welcome hosts the industry has to offer. If you are looking for a professional set of welcome hosts to register your guests look no further. We can work with your system or ours. We work with a bespoke badging system, or for more informational events such as large Christmas parties we offer express Ipad check-in, where you can see if any of your VIP’s have arrived to the venue.
Delegate Feedback Management
How do you know if your event has been successful? How do you know what delegates liked and didn’t like, what they engaged with? We’ll send out a survey on your behalf to collate feedback on all aspects of the event. We’ll provide a full survey report after the event. This means that you have complete clarity of your events ROI to feed into the planning of future events.
